Phil Lo made this purchase very easy and a pleasant experience. The car had a minor flaw where it was shaking at over 60 mph and your service department quickly repaired the problem and repaired it the experience. First of all I was surfing the internet and came across cars.com. I than found the exact vehicle I wanted. Than contact the dealership. I contacted customer service ask them if they have that particular v cars.com. I than found the exact vehicle I wanted. Than contact the dealership. I contacted customer service ask them if they have that particular vehicle I want in stock. she checked than advised me a sales person will call me back in ten minutes. So Phil called back and told me everything I needed to know about the car that I wanted. He was very polite and assured me that I was going to get the best experience choosing this dealership. He also assured me that they will do everything in their power to get me approve for a loan so I can drive out of the lot with the vehicle of my choice. They did it! They got me approved and I'm enjoying my new Camry.... THANKS PHIL! More
