I can't say enough about Tommy Haynes. Each time we have bought a vehicle from him he went above and beyond to make sure we chose the vehicle we truly wanted. He helped us understand the options on the vehicles. And always follows through to make sure we were happy with our purchase. On this last purchase, the Rav4 Prime, he went way beyond to make sure we had the desired vehicle. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! I have wanted the Rav4 Prime for about two years, but they are very scarce. When one was traded in he contacted me immediately and made sure he was available, as we both knew this would go quick. Thank you Tommy - I love the vehicle! And Wilde did a great job on making it look like brand new! No new car smell, but that's OK! More

I recommend readers do business elsewhere. The sales staff was professional(although they should be) but my opinion regarding the experience and treatment (still ongoing) with the finance department lie staff was professional(although they should be) but my opinion regarding the experience and treatment (still ongoing) with the finance department lies somewhere between highly unprofessional and borderline criminal (fraud). Currently, 6 plus weeks after purchasing a new car, we are still waiting for a refund from a warranty and purchase total that we never agreed upon or signed for. A nightmare to say the least. Please avoid Wilde Toyota! More

Our salesman was great and we appreciated his efficiency. The finance department must pride themselves on being sneaky and running a SCAM. I encourage anyone buying from this company to really watch their paperwork because they will SCAM you, and it will be a headache after you sign the paper work. You can also bet that the finance manager will take no ownership to this issue. A few days after we left the dealership we got an email saying that they missed having us sign a paper. We were to sign it and send it back to them. It was for GAP coverage that was added onto our loan. At NO POINT was this mentioned to us when we were signing papers. We prevent the need for this by having a trade and putting money down. They were dumb founded when we told them we didn’t want it and showed little care that this was never a discussion. They sent us new papers to sign. We had told our finance person that we wanted our loan to be 5 years. He then discussed the extended warranty, more than we wanted to pay a few times. He then got up and left and came back with his final offer stating that we could have it for a mere $10.00 / month to which we agreed, and signed the papers. When we received the new papers we went through them with a fine tooth comb. We had asked during purchasing how much extra the warranty was costing us and were told $1800. Upon further inspection of the new papers we found another SCAM we were charged 4500 for the warranty. What the finance guy really did was extend our loan with NO indication to us that he was doing so. Upon calling the dealership they ended up also taking this off and sending us new papers again. They showed zero care that we felt we had been SCAMED and frankly it seemed like it wasn’t the first time! At no point in our lives have we ever dealt with such a shady car dealership that basically does whatever they want to your loan without telling you! Unless you have hours to sit in the dealership and go over the loan papers yourself because they will throw them at you as fast as they can, AVOID THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU! More

purchasing a 2018 toyota tacoma Leonard is an excellent salesman, even though he neglected to inform my husband what kind of fuel and oil the truck required. When we got home, I noticed that the lens cover on the light on the outside rear of the truck cab was cracked and a piece was missing out of it. What else was overlooked on the inspection of this vehicle? The Finance Dept is a sham. After my husband test drove the vehicle, it was suggested to us that we finance thru Wilde to save us another trip back to pick up the vehicle. We agreed to do this because it sounded like a good idea and we were told that Wilde could give us a better rate than what we were pre-approved for at our financial institution. After waiting for 3 1/2 hours for an answer, we were informed that we were approved, but at a rate of 9.5%, which is a full 6% higher than what we could get at our financial institution. Anthony started the paperwork, but 3 times I had to tell him that we had license plates for the vehicle and didn't need new plates. Then he tried to push us into additional coverages for the vehicle that we didn't want. By this point, we were about ready to say refund our deposit and walk out the door without the vehicle. While Anthony was rewriting our paperwork yet again, another finance person came in and tried to push us into additional coverage that we still did not want. Doesn't anybody listen to the customer at your business or understand the meaning of the word "NO"? I would not recommend your business to my worst enemy if it was the last one in the state!!! Your dealership is a disgrace to the business!!! You don't even offer water to your potential buyers much less have them in a loud and very unconducive buying environment. My husband and I spent 6 hours in your dealership yesterday waiting to purchase a vehicle. I am thoroughly disgusted with this whole buying experience and will not say a good word about your dealership to anyone I know who is considering visiting you to purchase a vehicle. The couple thousand dollars that we saved purchasing the vehicle from you cannot even begin to make up for the grief and wasted time that we spent at your dealership. More

Buyer Beware!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!!! BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Wilde back in 2012. During the purchase of this vehicle I was sold an extended vehicle warranty for $1 BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Wilde back in 2012. During the purchase of this vehicle I was sold an extended vehicle warranty for $1500 that I was told would cover my newly installed DVD players for 7 years or 70000 miles. After 6 years we started having issues with them not working. When I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, I was informed that my warranty would not cover them. When I questioned why, multiple Wilde employees informed me that the salesman that sold me the warranty must not have known how it worked and that this warranty would not cover my DVD players. After everyone that I reached out to for help at Wilde told me they could not help me any further I called the general manager for the dealership Joe Zanella. After a long conversation with him explaining my situation he basically blew me off saying that we was sorry that I was misled, but that he would do nothing for me. He informed me that even though his employee gave me bad information, it was basically my fault for trusting him and the information he provided. Needless to say I will not be returning with any of my business to this dealership in the future. Customer service does not seem to be a priority here, but taking other people’s money under false pretenses is. More
