Terrible, terrible sales team, at a terrible dealership. I spoke to a manager, Terry Schwieso, for help. They sold my 76 year mother a car, alone and took advantage of her. I spoke to the manager and he told me that it is not his job to make sure that the car has the necessary safety features. He did not care if my mother "lived or died", just as long as he got his money for selling her a car. A very mean, cruel, and heartless sales person and dealership manager, who does not care about the customer, only about money. This dealership is a very, very cruel and cold dealership, which does not care about the customer nor their safety. As soon as the vehicle is driven off the lot, then it is over and you are on your own. This review has been edited by this organization Dealer Rater. It is biased towards the dealership. I am upgrading from a 2007 Corolla, and the Rav4 I purchased has a plethora of features and technology I am unfamiliar with. Matt possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars, and was able to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. He ensured I left the lot knowing how to properly use the car. He was friendly and kept me updated as I waited for the car to arrive at Wilde. In the finance department, I worked with Charles Clark. He streamlined the process flawlessly, and explained the different warranties and add-ons available; I never felt pressured. More

One of the worst parts of leasing a new car for me is having to go through the final paperwork with the Finance Department. Steve, my Finance Manager, had all the required documentation set up ahead of having to go through the final paperwork with the Finance Department. Steve, my Finance Manager, had all the required documentation set up ahead of time and made the financial review process extremely efficient and actually enjoyable. I told him that I'd give him a 10 on a scale of 1-5. Ian, my Sales Manager, was very thorough in providing me options for getting me the best price on a new leased vehicle. I came in thinking that I might want to finally buy out my existing lease, because my 2018 was in EXCELLENT condition with only 17,000 miles. Ian gave me the options for the buy-out, but he also searched hard for rebates and incentives that made the new lease deal too attractive to pass up. Finally, my last "person of praise" is Jim the Sauce. Jim has been my go-to sales guy for several vehicles. He's really the face of the dealership for me. He always is patient and resourceful in addressing my concerns and needs. He never loses his cool, no matter what I demand. I really appreciate his continuing efforts to make he happy. Thanks!
