Michael was one of the first to greet us and it was clear he was committed to finding us the right vehicle. He sat down to listen to us, our needs, our budget, and extras we wanted in our vehicle. He presented us with several options - both Toyota and non Toyota makes (as requested) in the budget and styles we had asked for (what a refreshing change to have a sales guy actually offer us options within our budget vs slightly above). We test drove several vehicles and after spending some time we came back to do an overnight test drive with a vehicle we were interested in. We were unfortunately "that couple" that came back late on a Friday night to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. This would seem to be an inconvenience for most people as the dealership closed at 9 but Michael was not only helpful but had a positive attitude and made sure we had all our questions answered going forward. He stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and that we could be on our way with our new Toyota Rav4. The finance rep, Jeff, quickly and efficiently processed our info but took time to answer our questions thoroughly. We appreciated Toyota making this a smooth experience for us. And thank you to the additional employees who stayed late to help us. More

First new car I was welcomed into the dealership and worked with Cody. It was my first new car and he asked me about my needs and wants. He showed me both new and used models and was very knowledgable about all of the cars and options that come with the different models. He let me try the car on the highway because I will be doing most of my driving on the highway. Inside the sales floor everyone was very friendly and congratulated me on buying my car. Lots of hand shakes and it made me feel good about choosing this location. Financing went smoothly and all of the paperwork was explained to me. Overall, I would reccomend this dealership to anyone I know wanting to buy and car and especially Cody because he was upbeat and as excited as I was for buying a new car. More

Bad Gone Good Was sort of forced into looking for a new vehicle when I was rear-ended and my car totaled. Dreaded the whole hunt. Previously had a Corolla and a Camry that were both purchased from Wilde. Lots of years ago but Toyota still remains to be a highly rated dependable vehicle, so I returned. One of the most significant factors in my choice of the RAV4 was the impression that the salesperson, Jeff Seidner , made on me. He didn't pressure, was very informative and upon my purchase spent a very long time thoroughly explaining all the new computerized features. Hope to be as impressed with the vehicle as much as I was with his commitment to customer service. It's been a long time away from Toyota but I understand Wilde also has a very good service department, which is equally important. So, if you are in the market for a new car and looking at a Toyota, I can highly recommend the integrity of Jeff. He made a difficult situation for me very pleasant! More
