Customer service at this dealership by far has been the lowest I have ever experienced in a car purchase. The transparency and communication level is not thorough and had I not been persistent I wouldn’t h lowest I have ever experienced in a car purchase. I did not feel valued as someone to be a return customer I felt like at the end of the day I was just someone they wanted to sell a car to maybe it’s because I’m used to different experiences coming from a different location in another part of the world. Great staff, John was an excellent salesman, Kalai was able to work an amazing deal for me in finance. He got me approved quickly with a great percentage rate and payments. I purchased a vehicle that came with wheel locks on it but there wasn’t a key to the wheel locks in the vehicle. I called the service department and they got me in the next day and took the wheel locks of but there wasn’t a key to the wheel locks in the vehicle. I called the service department and they got me in the next day and took the wheel locks off and put regular lug nuts in. Total time spent there was less that 30mins. Very happy. More
