I was pleased that Mr. Cantrell was kind enough to see that I received the benefit of the dealerships veteran's discount. However, when I reviewed the service department's recommendations, I was surprised to see items that had be serviced only month ago. They also informed me that the duplicate key would have only cost me $165.00 instead of $360.00 had I have used a lock and key business. Over the past several years I have purchased Three (3) new Camary's and leased a Tacoma from Jim Norton Toyota of Tulsa. As a loyal customer I feel that I can no longer trust your company to treat me fairly. More

Jim Norton Toyota is a clean facility. The staff are friendly and let you know what is going on with the car. They value our time and give us the best outcome when time is involved. From the time I check the car in until I pick up the car has always been a great experience. Free tea, water and car wash are the icing on the cake. More

Twice now, Service advisor Stuart Cantrell has been arrogant and condescending. I have options. I went to Fowler instead.
