Subaru should send a representative to the dealership to learn good practices for other dealerships to use. I would be happy to share my experience with anyone from Subaru Corporate who is interested. The whole process started with Jean in Service and progressed to Ted and David and then to Trevor. I bought my 2007 Subaru Forester from Trevor Jeffrey 10 years ago, and after 10 years of awesome assistance from Kamal, Jean, and team in the service I bought my 2007 Subaru Forester from Trevor Jeffrey 10 years ago, and after 10 years of awesome assistance from Kamal, Jean, and team in the service department, it was time to trade it in for a new model. I went back in after talking to David Roman and to my happiness, Trevor Jeffrey was still there and just as helpful as ever! He got me rolling out in a brand new 2017 Subaru Forester Premium that I really enjoy, and the car-buying experience was definitely hassle-free. I knew what I wanted, and he and his team (Orlando, Chad, and Justin) helped me get it at the rate that I needed. I even had a couple of things I needed removed from my trade-in and added to the new car, and Kamal, Jean, and team quickly made all of the necessary changes while I waited to sign final paperwork. Excellent work all around, and I hope to still see all of them at the dealership for a good long while! More
