Frances and the team at Sport Subaru were great! Frances was very customer service oriented. Took the time to explain the process answered my many car questions and even took time when I picked up Frances was very customer service oriented. The process was easy low pressure and quick. And the price they quoted me was the price, no hidden fees. Best car buying experience I have had. The entire team was great. Frances Vargas was the right representative for Subaru. When I entered the show room she was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the inventory. When he couldn’t find what I wanted in state we ordered my Ascent. He made sure I had everything I wanted. He kept me up to date on the status of delivery. He made the buying process very easy. No pressure to buy extras. Delivery day handoff was seamless. He went over the car and answered all my questions. He is super knowledgeable.
