Frances is literally the best there is. She was so patient and kind to us. We knew it would be a long day car shopping, but with her, it was a great day. We were literally walking out of the door to leave after the 3 cars we looked at first weren’t for us, but she stopped us and showed us one more. And that was the one. I knew from the minute I met Frances that I wanted to deal with her. She was Patient, knowledge and answered all of our questions. Not to mention just a down right nice lady. Thank you Frances at Sport Subaru. 💙 I honestly wasn’t planning on getting a car let alone a Subaru Impreza when I went in to test drive Saturday, but Frances was unlike any Car sa 💙 I honestly wasn’t planning on getting a car let alone a Subaru Impreza when I went in to test drive Saturday, but Frances was unlike any Car salesperson I have ever dealt with. Normally I would go in to look at a car, but immediately be put off by the team working there. Either wasn’t treated seriously, was rushed, two times I even had the keys to the car I drive to a dealership taken away from me to “value my current vehicle” just to have them have extra time to try to convince me to buy. None of that with Frances. She was a real person, asking actual questions during the test drive, answering any concerns she thought I may of had. All while being open about herself and her experience with vehicles. No sleazy sales tactics, just a genuine person. I also need to thank Jonathan Frisby from Sport Subaru’s finance team who kept going back and forth with the bank to get me a monthly payment that I would be happy with, all while making sure with my long distance driving habits that the car would be protected and well maintained. More

Frances was such a welcoming presence to my car buying experience! She was so attentive and professional and really understood my needs from the second I walked through the door. She kept me entertained t experience! She was so attentive and professional and really understood my needs from the second I walked through the door. She kept me entertained throughout the whole process and now my family and I also know where to go for a great vacation out west ;) lol She also went out of her way to provide some snacks and hot chocolate to my 5 year old son! Which he loved by the way. Thank you Subaru for having such a great team! I truly enjoyed my experience at your dealership. More

I met Frances back in 2014. I was hesitant about trading in my 2013 Lexus (only a year old at the time) and she convinced me that Subaru was the way to go. She was nice and not I was hesitant about trading in my 2013 Lexus (only a year old at the time) and she convinced me that Subaru was the way to go. She was nice and not pushy. Ten years later, I absolutely LOVE my Subaru. When I’m ready to purchase my next Subaru, Frances will be my person! More
