Excellent customer service. I was trying to make my purchase through a dealership closer to my home, however, after the test drive on Thursday evening, I told the sales represe I was trying to make my purchase through a dealership closer to my home, however, after the test drive on Thursday evening, I told the sales representative that my wife and I would discuss the experience and let him know our decision. Within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership we had decided to make the purchase. I emailed the representative and left a message on his cellphone voicemail; I never received a response. Overnight, I looked online and found the exact vehicle we wanted at 5 Star in Grapevine (70 miles from our house). I reserved the car online and was greeted by Alaina Harris via chat who notified online sales specialist Jaylon Johnson who called me at 8:11 am (sales doesn’t open until 8:30). By 9 he had the total price out the door sent to me. After I stopped by the bank for a cashiers check I was on my way to Grapevine to complete the purchase. By 11:20 I was driving our new car home! More
