Jason was born in Kitchener however spent his formidable years growing up in London. As a youngster playing AAA hockey he was fortunate enough to be part a team that won the provincial championships. His love for the sport has never dwindled, he still plays organized hockey year round and volunteers much of his free time to coaching Rep hockey in his home town of Milton. Jason does not limit himself to hockey, he is also an avid golfer and loves to spend time in the summer on his motorcycle. If you can’t find him at the rink, hitting the links or tearing up the streets he is likely spending time with his family of 7, plus 2 dogs. In 1999 Jason left the restaurant business to enter the Automotive industry. Of his 17+ years in the business all but 2 have been spent within the Budds’ organization. Jason believes honesty, integrity, and treating everyone how he would want his Nana treated as the keys to good customer service.

Budds Is My New Bud For Future Vehicle Purchases!! As I was researching my next vehicle purchase, I visited quit a few dealerships both in person and via their websites. I finally narrowed my search do As I was researching my next vehicle purchase, I visited quit a few dealerships both in person and via their websites. I finally narrowed my search down to a GMC Yukon. I had various dealerships to choose from and I also had a trade in as part of the deal. I emailed Budds' with the details of my trade in and received a favorable response from Basil Silas. It was also a non pressured response, unlike I received from other dealerships, which made me feel comfortable to move forward and attempt to strike a deal. I must also say that the fact that it was the Budds' family of dealerships that I was contemplating dealing with, made my decision much easier. Basil was very accommodating and patient with my wife and I. All my questions about the features of the vehicle were answered on the spot. His experience, professionalism and knowledge with the product he sells was quit evident and impressive The Sales Manager Jason Blain was instrumental in sealing the deal. He listened to my counter offer and had a fair response that worked for me, his customer, and the dealership I'm sure. The Business Manager Bounsay Osylaphet was quick, thorough and precise considering how much information needs to be communicated to the Customer. He also made us feel non-pressured however fulfilled his role of informing us of the additional items that are available to a used vehicle buyer. The vehicle was delivered as scheduled with all the administrative work completed correctly. Basil was there to greet me and part of my pre-delivery inspection. He also helped me set up my phone with the Blue Tooth option in the vehicle with no issues. The only item I was not entirely pleased with was that the detailing was not to my standards. I have very high standards when it comes to my vehicles, so for most, it probably would have been fine. Nonetheless, Basil immediately called Rich Pawlowski, Used Car Manager, to address my concerns. Mr. Pawlowski arrived to the vehicle pick-up area and offered me a very impressive solution, without hesitation I must add, to my concern and I know it will be dealt with when I bring in the vehicle for it's first service. Kudos to you Sir! As part of the deal, a trailer hitch cover was to be painted and installed a few days after I received the vehicle. As with the delivery of the vehicle, this was also ready as promised. As I arrived to pick up the cover, Basil was waiting for me and offered to have it installed by the Service department. A welcomed gesture by me. Basil introduced me to the Service Manager Shane Maginnis. Shane took over from there and made me feel very welcomed. The cover needed a couple of plastic retainers. Shane introduced me to Juan Orozco, a Service Advisor, and he immediately took action to get the retainers and install the cover. In the meantime, Shane offered to give my vehicle a wash while I was waiting which I gladly accepted. Juan installed the cover and I went on my way. In closing I would like to thank Basil, Jason, Bounsay, Rich, Shane and Juan for making my first and certainly not my last experience at Budds' a memorable one. I'm sure that there are a bunch of folks behind the scene that also added to my experience and I would like to thank them as well. Well done team!! I'm sure Mr. Budd is proud of you all. More

Excellent buying Experience We were looking for a second vehicle for our family and needed to test drive a number of vehicles to see what would work for my wife, children and I. We were looking for a second vehicle for our family and needed to test drive a number of vehicles to see what would work for my wife, children and I. We returned two times to test drive vehicles, and sometimes had to split the drives due to some tired children!! It was never a problem at Budds. Chris Cheevers was most accommodating. The overall environment was relaxed and laid back. Just perfect for us. When my wife and I finally determined the vehicle that would work for us, making a deal was quick and efficient with Jason Blain. Financing was handily arranged through Rob Powell. Great buying experience with a competitive price. We are very happy with our purchase from Budds. More

Budd's Cheviots = Best service in town When I arrived I was greeted with prompt politeness and hospitality ... was even shown where the coffee and snacks table was should I wish to partake When I arrived I was greeted with prompt politeness and hospitality ... was even shown where the coffee and snacks table was should I wish to partake in a drink along with an apple or some cookies. I was converting my old Escalade to a new 2016. I had such a great experience dealing with Henry Drodge (Sales) last time that I called him up to deal with him on this new 2016 vehicle. It was refreshing both times I dealt with Henry as he is very laid back in his approach and very organized. It was confronting feeling dealing with Henry as auto sales people tend to have a push to sell stigma in the marketplace so great job Henry ... thank you for your great dealings. Once I was completed the selection process and agreeable pricing, I was introduced to Jason Brian (Sales Manager). Jason was just 3 weeks on the job. Jason was kind, listen well, and was a pleasure to deal with. The next process was to get the business manager involved to finalize the paperwork, banking, etc. This is where I was introduced to Rob Powell (Business Manager), and again, a very good experience. Rob was precise on my options from converting from the old Escalade to the 2016, as well as easy to deal with. My hat is off to all 3 gentlemen for this was one of the best experiences I have ever had and I have been buying or leasing vehicles for 35 years. I wanted to post a special thank you to Jason Corrigan (Service Department). I have never been so well cared for by a service person. Jason was kind, quick to respond to my issues with my past Escalade and again with the new vehicle ... had a few minor details needing correcting. Jason always goes beyond the scope of helping folks and for that alone, I would alway go back to Budds Chevols in Oakville when time allows as I leave about an hour away from this dealership.
