I cannot say enough great things about Toyota of Burleson. We worked with Abby McDaniel and she was excellent. Made the entire car buying process so easy. Every time I shop at Family Toyota, they make me feel like family. They value my time rather I'm getting service done to my car or purchasing a new car. Jarvis always make sure I'm taken care of. Usually I whine alot.. I usually whine a lot about customer service, but I can't find one flaw in this dealership! By far, the best experience in Burleson dealerships! I was I usually whine a lot about customer service, but I can't find one flaw in this dealership! By far, the best experience in Burleson dealerships! I was so happy that I bought 2 vehicles from Family Toyota. I got to meet all the staff, including the owner, Skip, who was very down to earth and welcoming. I worked with Vu, worked one deal and he was so easy to work with, got me exactly what I needed. My other deal was with Manny, who was equally friendly and gave me another great deal. Christina Mickens is who I met in the end and she was friendly and welcoming. Derrick Mickens was very accommodating every time I've come in. I met all the mechanic staff and they were friendly. Wonderful experience! More
