Best car buying experience ever! My husband and purchased a car and we had the best experience. We drove from Euless to Burleson and we are so glad we did. It truly was like being around family. Our Salesman Richard Valdes was so welcoming and made our experience perfect, Dustin Herndon was willing to help us in anyway possible to make sure we got the car we wanted, Nick Lipinski was fun and professional and we absolutely loved the lady who sat at the front desk she was such a kind hearted person. Usually I whine alot.. I usually whine a lot about customer service, but I can't find one flaw in this dealership! By far, the best experience in Burleson dealerships! I was I usually whine a lot about customer service, but I can't find one flaw in this dealership! By far, the best experience in Burleson dealerships! I was so happy that I bought 2 vehicles from Family Toyota. I got to meet all the staff, including the owner, Skip, who was very down to earth and welcoming. I worked with Vu, worked one deal and he was so easy to work with, got me exactly what I needed. My other deal was with Manny, who was equally friendly and gave me another great deal. Christina Mickens is who I met in the end and she was friendly and welcoming. Derrick Mickens was very accommodating every time I've come in. I met all the mechanic staff and they were friendly. Wonderful experience! More
