Excellent customer service, wouldn't go anywhere else. We had a very intermittent issue with our X5, which would never cause a service light but could be felt while driving. I worked with Dennis Christie We had a very intermittent issue with our X5, which would never cause a service light but could be felt while driving. I worked with Dennis Christie in the service department on several occasions to attempt to locate the problem and took one of the service team members on a drive to attempt to locate the problem. Dennis was the best part of the service department, very friendly, providing updates and a path forward until we could find the issue. Again, the issue was intermittent, Dennis would allow us to immediately bring in the car when the problem was occurring. I couldn't be more pleased - I would also like to say my interaction with a couple of the sales team members has been exceptional as well. Jim Weaver was great to work with about an additional vehicle I was thinking about purchasing. I have dealt with several different BMW dealerships across the country, I would put Jim and Dennis at the top of my list of great people in the auto industry. Thanks again! More

7th car from the same dealer Great place. Very knowledgeable and friendly personnel. A lot of attention to details. Each time I was getting exactly the car I wanted. I lot of Great place. Overall great experience Ira was great to work with. He was communicative and always accessible. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. I did find an issue with the front bumper of the car and brought it back in. Ira wasn't working, so Jim weaver assisted me and made it very apparent I would be taken care of. I left my car that day and two days later the bumper was good as new. My interactions with Ira and Jim made me feel valued as a customer, and I left feeling like buying at BMW of Des Moines was a great decision. My only criticism would be regarding the cleanliness and review of used cars before they hit the lot. One car we test drove still had hairspray all over the console, the other reeked of smoke. The car I purchased had black spray paint on the bumper. I would expect a certified BMW to be in pristine condition before hitting the lot. More

I have been a BMW/Porsche enthusiast for years. Having owned a number of both brands over the years, my experience with Ira and Jim was unsurpassed! The car was perfectly prepped and ready to go. Great service and a great price. What else can I ask for? Everything was exactly as we discussed. The process was fast, easy and enjoyable. BMW is a great company and these guys are the best of the best! The facilities are great and everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. More

I was lucky enough to pick my vehicle up at the BMW plant in South Carolina — wow. Bucket list experience! Ask Des Moines BMW about this hidden EXTRA ! BMW paid for hotel , meals , factory tour and performance driving experience ! ( wait until you do a hot lap in BMW around the track !!). I’m a customer for life of BMW Des Moines !!! More
