Service Friendliness Service tech and outside gentleman (the person who cleaned my car and suggested how to remove stain from window trim) were friendly and most helpful. Service tech and outside gentleman (the person who cleaned my car and suggested how to remove stain from window trim) were friendly and most helpful. Also negotiated a cost reduction on tire rotation when showed tech I had it done somewhere else for a lesser fee. Good job! More
