Pushed insurance, pushed gap, pushed warranty. Forced to pay for tire insurance at $377 + tax that we didn’t want or need. Overall a very pleasant experience. Dontrell is a wonderful sales person. The one exception was waiting 20+ minutes for finance to call us in, without knowing what was holding up the process. There was no communication with us during that time about what was going on. This is a problem area that can be easily remedied with some more communication. Waiting without knowing for approximately how long or why creates stress. FYI-the rather violent cartoon showing on the TV did not help. More

The finance portion of purchasing my new vehicle was also excellent. The atmosphere overall was conducive to a successful car purchase. This is why I have been a Toyota fan for years. While I've dealt with other Toyota dealerships, I am impressed with the Toyota of Rockwall Tx location where I conducted my recent business. Salesman, Jason, was professional, courteous, and patient. My experience in negotiating the deal was OK (is it ever really good?) but, compared to some other dealers with whom I've dealt with, both c patient.
