Jim Bacon was the salesperson. He was informative and helpful with our budget. We are retired so money is limited he went and explained how the lease works. When we picked up the car Jim spent however much time we needed to learn the various aspects of the car. The car was ready on time and managers came over to introduce themselves with offers to help any way they could. More

I bought my car in for service for 2 recalls and evaluation of one of my tires since I have warranty on it. The staff was ready for me on time. The services were provided and tire claim went withou evaluation of one of my tires since I have warranty on it. The staff was ready for me on time. If there’s a recall on a part, and accept my car into the shop for said recall, why don’t you tell your customers that you don’t even have a “repair” for it? I waited 2hrs for them to tell me that there’s no shop for said recall, why don’t you tell your customers that you don’t even have a “repair” for it? I waited 2hrs for them to tell me that there’s no repair and they can’t do the job. Just tell me that from the start. It doesn’t make sense from a customer perspective. More
