Made the buying process easy and fun. After visiting and talking with 4 dealerships in the area, this is by far the best and easiest to deal with. Terrible experience. From selling me a warranty they refuse to honor, to shaving a couple years off said warranty, to failing to mention the car was already under warrant From selling me a warranty they refuse to honor, to shaving a couple years off said warranty, to failing to mention the car was already under warranty from the previous owner. Service department is also a nightmare. They refuse to repair and state they “cannot replicate” every single issue. They left me stranded by denying me service an hour before closing time when my battery died. An issue they were actually taken to court for in a class action lawsuit… which, of course, Subaru lost. They sold me the worst tires I’ve ever purchased for $1000 and they needed to be replaced within the first year. You name it, they’ve figured out a way to make it a very expensive and pointless hassle for the customer. Do NOT buy a car from these crooks. Seriously. More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brittney at Subaru services, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the start, she attentively listened to the issues we were facing with ou Subaru services, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the start, she attentively listened to the issues we were facing with our car and assured us that she would do everything in her power to help. Though there were a few hiccups along the way, Brittney remained determined to make things right. She displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and dedication, going the extra mile to ensure our concerns were addressed and that we left the service center satisfied. Brittney's exceptional customer service skills were evident throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, kept us informed of the progress, and patiently answered all our questions. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making customers happy, but Brittney's commitment to our satisfaction was evident in every interaction we had with her. In the end, she managed to resolve all the issues with our car, and we left the service center feeling completely satisfied with the experience. I am grateful for Brittney's hard work and dedication, and I would highly recommend her as an advisor to anyone in need of exceptional service at Subaru. Thank you, Brittney, for making our experience a positive one. More

The Service Advisor, Jade Hillard, made my servicing visit at Tucson Subaru a welcoming, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. I had a tow hitch installed on my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness. Jade was helpful at the start, and competently informed me of the check-in process, and kept me well-informed of the status of my car. She quickly and efficiently provided me a loaner vehicle for the day. I felt relaxed, informed, and confident in Jade’s ability.
