Working at Cortese Ford has shown me how easy the service experience can be for customers and that's what I enjoy most about working here. I switched to this dealership after sub par work and lack of customer support from the others. Since the move I have been pleased with the work they have done on my trucks. Has always Been easy to schedule of customer support from the others. Since the move I have been pleased with the work they have done on my trucks. Has always Been easy to schedule and service was quick. They also have done the job right the first time. Being an old backyard mechanic myself I find they are respectful to my explanations and then do the job the right way. More

Unemployment stinks. I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I dropped off my car and in reply to the question if I nee I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I dropped off my car and in reply to the question if I needed an oil change or tire rotation, I contemplated and said no due to my being unemployed. Without going into detail, my Unemployment situation was understood. Talk about relief. Thank you Ford service Family Good deeds are not forgotten. More

These guys are great. Always greet you by name. They listen and treat you with respect. They are willing to work with you. I was on a trip and my car started to act a lit Always greet you by name. They listen and treat you with respect. They are willing to work with you. I was on a trip and my car started to act a little funny. I turned around and they worked me in to check out my car. I based on our discussion I decided to cancel my trip and bring the car in for further analysis. I have friends who bought a car at another dealership and they were told they couldn't get an appointment for at least 2 weeks to get the same service I received. I took my bronco in for an oil change and tire rotation. They took it in on schedule and were done in a timely manner. Everybody was pleasant and easy to deal with. A good experience!
