I switched to this dealership after sub par work and lack of customer support from the others. Since the move I have been pleased with the work they have done on my trucks. Unemployment stinks. I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I dropped off my car and in reply to the question if I nee I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape.
