The service was fast this time. They forgot to give me a battery for my key and I had to wait because my representative forgot but another male representative just told me to wait They forgot to give me a battery for my key and I had to wait because my representative forgot but another male representative just told me to wait until the other person came back and because I waited so long another female representative went and got the battery for me and put it in my key so I did like the fact that the other male representative could not have assisted me but the female representative did and I appreciate it More

I have used this dealership service department for years and had no complaints with personnel or service outcomes. But recently I felt that I was grossly overcharged on a simple airbag warning light repair. and had no complaints with personnel or service outcomes.
