Service department is ok but they don’t trouble shoot properly. The way they diagnose a problem is unreal. However they do good work in most areas. They are also pretty polite. properly. I had a great experience this last service visit. Alicia Chapman was an outstanding service rep. I want her to handle my future services from now on. I usually have to stand in front of service desk for a long time while service people look at me like I am invisible.... Not Alicia - she called me up immediately and got me taken care of appropriately. Give her a promotion and raise. More

I have used this dealership service department for years and had no complaints with personnel or service outcomes. But recently I felt that I was grossly overcharged on a simple airbag warning light repair. and had no complaints with personnel or service outcomes. Jon is very professional, courteous, and eager to determine my needs. He went to extra yard to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and or corrected.
