Irvin was very friendly as soon as I got to the dealership and made a personal connection to make me feel comfortable. He made sure to find me the vehicle I wanted within my price range, and was ab dealership and made a personal connection to make me feel comfortable. When I visited Bennett, they tried selling me into a car I didn't want that was outside of my price range and were very pushy. Irv didn't seem pushy at all, and went above and beyond by washing the vehicle himself and taking time to show me all the features in the car after it was purchased. He was great and I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

After selecting vehicle, he introduce me to Adrein Denis. Adrein is Sales Manager, he is another wonderful person capital ford has. He helped towards pricing and sale process. He never pressured me for any sale, he also gave me best deal possible. I am impress how Capital ford operates. I already referred a friend and he also bought 2012 ford fusion from there. I really like Capital Ford, I will be definitely going back for any future vehicle purchase and I am definitely going to refer Capital Ford to my friends and family. My experience was great. Irv was excellent in explaining and showing me all the new "gadgets" (I will call them that cause I'm from the old school). Adrien was also very informative with the pricing.
