Not accommodating for car loaner. But no choice. Needed to bring the car for rear window repair.. My husband had to take time off to give me a ride back home. It is 45 min ride. When the car was ready, I planned to pick up the car in the morning by taking Amtrack. Made an arrrangement with the service man to be picked up by the dealer shuttle. I kept on calling on my arrival at Fresno. No one answered. Finally I took Uber. More over I had long wait time until someone attended Actually Brian who is not my service person started helping. Shane was not going to be there, so he gave to Hugo. This is nothing to do with the Sevice person. It is the dealership that I have complaining about. We have Audi and Porsche. This dealership does not cater to customer service. We have had super service at Lexus and now we get excellent service at Mercedes. Hope you look into getting better. Atlesse considerate about out of town customer.& More

Great Experience My appointment was at 1 and I arrived a couple of minutes early and they took me right in. My service agent Hugo was very professional and polite. Hug My appointment was at 1 and I arrived a couple of minutes early and they took me right in. My service agent Hugo was very professional and polite. Hugo explained what services they were going to perform and that it would probably take a couple of hours. I went for a walk and was back in about 1,5 hours. I sat in the waiting area for about 20 minutes and Hugo came out and told me that they were washing my car and it would be ready in a couple of minutes. Hugo came out 5 minutes later and my car was ready. Final bill was even lower than the estimate. I would recommend Fresno Audi to everyone. More

My first service visit to Audi Fresno I made an appointment and took my 2016 Audi A3 for the 35K mile service to this dealer. Hugo and Brian was very helpful with great customer service. I I made an appointment and took my 2016 Audi A3 for the 35K mile service to this dealer. Hugo and Brian was very helpful with great customer service. I was provided with a loaner car a 2018 Audi A4 for the entire day and I also got to taste coffee from the fancy coffee bar they have in their dealership. Waiting in this dealership is also fun specially when you can ogle all those exotic cars (Porsche GT2, GT3, Ferrari etc.) around you. Honestly I love going to this place. Brings my inner child out. Thank you guys. More
