I have a Kia, and the local dealer has a phone tree system. I called them for an appointment, but I could never get through to a human who could help me. I called Hyundai of Asheville, and a human answ system. I called them for an appointment, but I could never get through to a human who could help me. I dropped my car by at the appropriate time, and when I returned it was ready having all the work preformed. More

I can always depend on good service at Hyundai of Asheville. One of the service representative there named Heidi, is outstanding!! She always recognizes me by name and takes her time to explain wha Asheville. One of the service representative there named Heidi, is outstanding!! I visited the dealership several times, and finally found a car to trade my Kia in for a Hyundai.
