While traveling in the Asheville area, my car started acting up. I stopped at the Hyundai dealership to see if they would check it out (this is around 11:00 and there were people in front of us). Not only did they check it out - they fixed it (THAT DAY!)! Of course I checked out the new Palisade while there and did not feel any major pressure to trade my car in. Every single person I interacted with, from Felicia at the start, to Fred at the end, was absolutely amazing. Not having a car for two weeks was so stressful and I was able to tow my car over to Hyundai the start, to Fred at the end, was absolutely amazing. Not having a car for two weeks was so stressful and I was able to tow my car over to Hyundai of Asheville and be taken care of within 2 days. It was unreal how fast they got me back in my car.
