This was my first time bringing my car in for service since purchasing it almost a year ago. Service was surprisingly quick and professional. The service department took good care of my vehicle. The dealership tried to charge me $2,059. 88 to repair the defective high beams on my 2019 Hyundai Elantra. This is a serious design defect (not a maintenance issue) that affects the safety of 88 to repair the defective high beams on my 2019 Hyundai Elantra. This is a serious design defect (not a maintenance issue) that affects the safety of all 2019-2020 Hyundai Elantras and is being investigated by the NHTSA. In fact, Hyundai issued technical service bulletin number 23-01-094H to fix this defect, but Hyundai of Asheville will not cover it. I am very disappointed because at first they said they were going to cover it and then they came back with a bill knowing that they are the ones who have to pay for it. They lied to me saying that their hands were tied and that's why I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I just moved to Asheville and started going to Hyundai with my car. Fred has been nothing but professional and kind and understanding each and every time I have visited. I have been dealing with this service dept. since 2018. They run like a well oiled machine. All appointments are done on schedule in a timely manner!
