Micheal Nurez, sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He never pressured us once to purchase the new car being viewed, never asked us personal, i.e. invading, que knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. While traveling in the Asheville area, my car started acting up. I stopped at the Hyundai dealership to see if they would check it out (this is around 11:00 and there were people in front of us). Not on acting up. I stopped at the Hyundai dealership to see if they would check it out (this is around 11:00 and there were people in front of us). Not only did they check it out - they fixed it (THAT DAY!)! Of course I checked out the new Palisade while there and did not feel any major pressure to trade my car in.
