I got off to a rough start with my pre-owned 2020 M340 purchase but the whole team at BMW Markham has been diligently working to make things right. I was not happy with the mechanical condition of my vehi purchase but the whole team at BMW Markham has been diligently working to make things right. I was not happy with the mechanical condition of my vehicle soon after purchase, but Harsh (pre-owned manager), made sure the service team would look into this. Kennard, is currently the service consultant for my car and he has been phenomenal. Knowledgeable and takes customer concerns seriously. Truly one of the best dealer experiences so far and I hope it stays that way! More
