Excellent service department Specifically on this visit, we were overdue for our final 25k complimentary service as we were on vacation and went over. On an overall basis, I have had many opportunities where they could have really taken me to the cleaners, but recommended alternate repairs that were not as costly. Very trustworthy. More

Stefan Christensen I have had many vehicle buying experiences and for the first time I have found not only an excellent dealer, I have found an excellent sales professio I have had many vehicle buying experiences and for the first time I have found not only an excellent dealer, I have found an excellent sales professional in Stefan Christensen. Stefan was there as a resource from start to finish and beyond. I really appreciate Stefan and how is one of a few, that understand true customer service. I actually consider Stefan as more of a friend than I do a sales professional. I don't believe what they say Took in both of my cars and i already knew what was wrong with them but since i just moved ihave no placeto do the work so i took in for oil, rotate t Took in both of my cars and i already knew what was wrong with them but since i just moved ihave no placeto do the work so i took in for oil, rotate to see if i could trust them. The multipoint inspection is a joke and it makes me wonder did they actually even rotate the tires. Everything was marked fine but i know i need coolant exchange and trans exchange because its 100k miles. Took roughly 4 hours for 2 oil changes and a rotate and a gumpy express service advisor. Who rudely, when i asked for the brake measurements said, come on really. Ill be making sure to let everyone i know of my service. I wouldve spent more money even but they dont care about you, your car or money More
