Have purchased various Subarus over the years. Brought new Ascent in to have hitch installed. Expected finish time was delayed, Greg called to let me know prior to finish time that there would be Brought new Ascent in to have hitch installed. This is the third Subaru I have either bought or leased from Freehold Subaru, and Mike Moursy was my Sales Consultant each time. It was a great experience because Mike always takes as much time as I need from Freehold Subaru, and Mike Moursy was my Sales Consultant each time. It was a great experience because Mike always takes as much time as I need to make a decision on the car options that I feel I need or want most, and I never feel rushed. He always makes you feel comfortable. It's an extra plus that he knows each car model and what options they come with, which saves a lot of time instead of looking at the car stickers in the lot. It's also less confusing, and once I know the options I want, Mike has someone bring a car of my choice right up to the door to take a test drive. It's that easy. Thank you, Mike, for making my new lease a pleasure. The Service Dept. is also a pleasure to work with. They get your car in and out as quickly as possible, and are a pleasure to work with. they always do a great job. Thank you. More
