We dropped off old leased Outback and picked up brand new 2021 Outbac the Outback we wanted in stock and gave us their best discounted price upfront. We dropped off old leased Outback and picked up brand new 2021 Outback. Whole process took less than 20 minutes. They were very responsive and respectful of our needs during COVID-19. When I set up an appointment, we met Lester right away and began the process. Previously, with other dealers, the process would take about half a day to complete. Lester ensured we did the test drive and paperwork in a timely fashion, and at the same time making the experience fun. I felt like a made a new friend! We reached the dealer at around 3PM and was gone with the new vehicle by 5:30. This was the quickest I ever did a vehicle trade. I recommend this dealer for anyone! More
