Great service department Excellent service. I'm loving my new 2016 Corolla. Their dealership service is outstanding. Very comfortable waiting room options. I was able to Excellent service. I was able to sit alone in the children's playroom since it was vacant, and I got a lot of work done. I am very pleased all the way around. The only minor complaint I have is when I first tried to do this review by going to the webpage on the postcard they gave me, and I had to find my way around to get to this page. Outstanding customer servce Service Employee Gerald Lane went above and beyond to make my bad situation better. I got a flat tire and needed a replacement tire. They could order Service Employee Gerald Lane went above and beyond to make my bad situation better. I got a flat tire and needed a replacement tire. They could order one and have it Monday. When I mentioned my situation with my husband being hospitalized in Pittsburgh and my need to take my children to visit the next day, Gerald said let me see what we can do!! In a short amount of time he had a replacement tire for my car that same day. Thanks so much for providing outstanding customer service. More

Not the cheapest for a new car, but excellent service dept. The service department is excellent. Can set up online appointments. They will provide a driver to get you where you are going during the service time The service department is excellent. Can set up online appointments. Service department was great. I called the service department to get my sienna an oil change. They were able to get me right in with no problems. I pulled right into was great. I called the service department to get my sienna an oil change. They were able to get me right in with no problems. I pulled right into the service station and was immediately greeted. The waiting room was comfortable and they provided refreshments. I will continue to take my vehicles here. More

Excellent service department You feel like they are being honest and fair with you when you have a question or concern and I appreciate that. Service is always done in a reasonable time period not unless they run into additional problems that weren't expected. I've dealt with Gerald Lane and he always does an excellent job in taking care of the customer. I feel Toyota has a excellent service department and its because of that I don't always worry about the cost factor because I know I'm being taken care of . It's always good seeing Laurie and talking to her before leaving the service department More
