Overall good experience. Dealership was not keen on honoring true car price. We were informed the dealership looses money. If that is the case than the Dealership should decl Dealership was not keen on honoring true car price. We were informed the dealership looses money. If that is the case than the Dealership should decline true car participation. Also I don’t feel loyalty rebates should be tied to interest rates as dealerships dare still receiving full payment for the vehicle. Otherwise good experience. We love our new Kia Soul! More

They actually bribe customers to write good reviews for them, even if it means lying about aspects of the service, which I refuse to do even in lieu of the reward offered (not that there was much to compla them, even if it means lying about aspects of the service, which I refuse to do even in lieu of the reward offered (not that there was much to complain about) .
