This dealership is amazing! They always make time to address my issues even when I don’t have an appointment. Prior to purchasing my Mercedes, I endured the exhausting task of begging for warranty repa address my issues even when I don’t have an appointment. Prior to purchasing my Mercedes, I endured the exhausting task of begging for warranty repairs to be completed only to be left without a loaner for days and have it returned with the same persistent issues. Mercedes Benz of the woodlands has far exceeded my expectations when it comes to the quality of repairs as well as world class customer service. As my husband has said, I don’t think we could ever go anywhere else... I guess it’s Mercedes for life! More

Great service and Mike Lange is the best service advisor I've ever known. Very professional, and gives excellent customer service. We had a fabulous experience with Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. We were very close to buying a new car from a competing company. We decided to take one last spin around the lot at Mercedes. The, we saw Woodlands. We were very close to buying a new car from a competing company. We decided to take one last spin around the lot at Mercedes. The, we saw it! The 2021 red GLC 300. Trent Hjuler helped us in so many ways. He is knowledgeable, personable, and very patient! We are not young-patience was paramount. In the end, Trent made it all work for us, Trent and Fred Gallucci, Sales Manager. Without them it wouldn’t have happened. I might add that many dealerships these days look dreary , the sales people look unhappy. Mercedes of The Woodlands is the opposite. It is clean, bright and beautiful. More

Excellent customer service again!! The entire staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful, as they always are. When I purchased my current Mercedes 4 years ago, the entire staff was willing to stay aft very friendly, attentive, and helpful, as they always are. When I purchased my current Mercedes 4 years ago, the entire staff was willing to stay after hours on a Friday night to complete the sale. Every time I visit this dealership, I receive the same high quality customer service and professionalism. The service department and technicians are the best I’ve ever experienced from any dealership. Liz Rincon is one of the best. She is very knowledgeable and allows me to drop off my car and forget about it. I know it’s in great hands. Keep up the great work. You have earned a lifetime customer. Thanks! More
