Originally I came into the dealership just for a service on another vehicle with no intention of buying a vehicle. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I browsed around the dealership just looking at on another vehicle with no intention of buying a vehicle. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I browsed around the dealership just looking at the Jeep Gladiators. Andre Hall struck up a friendly conversation with me and we talked about the Gladiators. He was very friendly and didn’t push me into anything. I told him I was curious how the Gladiator drove and handled. He asked if I would like to take the Gladiator for a test ride while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I chose to take it to my wife who was shopping at the mall. We both fell in the love with the performance and look of the vehicle. By the afternoon we we were driving it home. Andre made the purchasing process the smoothest we have ever experienced. More

The sales staff and parts counter staff is great! No problems there. The service department is quite a different story. The first trip to service was for a heated steering wheel that is not operat No problems there. The service department is quite a different story. The first trip to service was for a heated steering wheel that is not operating properly. They called me an Uber ride so I could leave the car with them to diagnose the problem. Two hours later I still had no ride home. Found out they gave my ride to another customer. I was told it probably was too warm for the heated steering wheel to work.???? In February???? They agreed to order me a new steering wheel. I was never contacted that it was in (should have taken a few days and I reached out to Travis 2 weeks later and li and behold it was there! (Amazing). I booked an appointment to have the new steering wheel installed. At 4pm I was told they were working on it and should be done by 5. I turned in the rental car and picked up my brand new Jeep (with less than 1500 miles on it). They had installed the wrong steering wheel (never checking it prior to that for the correct color!). I am now waiting to hear if the new and correct steering wheel came in yet. That should have been in over a week ago. Communication in the service department is terrible! The service manager as well is at fault here not verifying that the correct part will be installed and the “mechanic” that installed the steering wheel has an equal part in this fiasco. He should have seen that what he put in was NOT what was taken out. This is the last service appointment I will make at this dealership due to the lack of detail and lack of communication. In the future I will be making service appointments with another dealership. More

Salvador Anglada, was prompt on the home delivery of my new Grand Cherokee L, a very great display of under promising and over delivering!! Bought a Wrangler from Chris Caban 2 years ago. Just had a frustrating experience with a dealer in Florida trying to get a part. Called Frank in your parts department and he solved the problem in less than a frustrating experience with a dealer in Florida trying to get a part. Called Frank in your parts department and he solved the problem in less than 2 minutes that the other dealership and I had gotten into a pretty ugly argument over simply because he was too lazy to do the research that Frank easily handled. I’m 2000 miles away and he got my info for me when he knew I wasn’t gonna buy the part from him since I’m on the opposite side of the country, and the yahoo in Florida said it was too complicated and basically told me to get lost. More

Okay let’s just say that my experience at this dealership buying my first Jeep was way better than expected. I usually hate buying new vehicles because of pushy sales people and hidden fees every time you tu buying my first Jeep was way better than expected. In January of this year my wife decided she wanted to take a trip to the snow but our current vehicles were not equipped to do so. My wife wanted to rent a jeep for the weekend but quickly figured out that they aren’t cheap. I jokingly told her that I would buy one before I spent $450 a day to rent one. Next thing you know she had me in the parking lot of Courtesy Jeep in Mesa Az. I was there to look, but apparently she was there to buy lol. As we parked and we’re looking inside of a Jeep a sales person (James Remy) approached and asked if there was anything specific that we wanted to see. I quickly said “no, we’re just looking” and before I could finish my sentence my wife blurted out 5 or 6 items she was looking for. James kind of chuckled and said that he has one with the options she wanted to see. James took the time to drive us to his other lot to find the specific one with her option requests. I’m not going to lie, once I checked out the new wranglers and heard the Diesel engine start up I was more interested in buying that I let on. James asked if we wanted to test drive it without any obligation or tricky sales pitches. In fact we were so comfortable with him that we asked him to ride with us to answer our questions. When we came back to the dealership James sat us down at his desk and started going over numbers. I kept waiting for the numbers to magically inflate themselves but they never did! I was completely shocked! Inwas so shocked that we actually spent another hour or so with him while he explained different trim levels and options that I chose to upgrade our option list that we wanted because there were zero hidden fees or BS coming from his side of the desk.. I’m a completely satisfied buyer and firmly believe James had our best interest in mind over trying to sell us something we didn’t want to make more money. Let’s fast forward now to September, just over 8 months later. Over the past few months I have had my Jeep completely customized at this dealership. Lift, wheels, tires, bumpers winch and much more. The aftermarket department ran by Alex and Frank went over and above to make sure my project was a success and fun. The amount of options available even at a dealership is mind blowing. The prices are super competitive and the service department has a special rate for installing aftermarket parts bought there. The service department ran by Brenden and the tech named Marcus that did the work to my Jeep were absolutely the best! Everyone here gave us such phenomenal personal attention that we just ordered another Wrangler for my wife from the best salesman at the best Jeep dealership we’ve ever been to. We can’t wait to get hers all fixed up as well. Nothing but five star service from an amazing dealership full of amazing people!! After just 8 short months we feel like these guys are all more our friends than just sales and service people! More
