Service is good, advisors are knowledgeable. Only downside is price, prices are much higher than other mechanics. If I did all the recommended services I would have spent over $5K on my 12 year Only downside is price, prices are much higher than other mechanics. If I did all the recommended services I would have spent over $5K on my 12 year old Passat. (I'm not doubting their recommendations, only the cost). More
