Customer of Otto's since 1984 - Owned over 30 BMW's I live in Hockessin, Delaware and have been a customer of Otto's since 1984. My wife and I have owned over 30 BMW's (all models). Despite the 30 m I live in Hockessin, Delaware and have been a customer of Otto's since 1984. My wife and I have owned over 30 BMW's (all models). Despite the 30 minute drive to the dealership, I always go to Otto's for service and for sales. The service department is outstanding. It is headed by Chris Clayton who is knowledgeable and customer focused. The repairs are always done according to BMW specifications. I always get a BMW loaner car during service. I never experienced an issue with service for during all my time as a customer. Frank Adinolfi is my service advisor. Bill Cosenza is my service advisor when Frank is out of the office. Great job done by both. The sales department is staffed with excellent sales personnel either for used or new cars. Over the years, have purchased special order new, european delivery at the factory in Germany, in stock new, and certified pre owned. Recently, I worked with Ian Martin and Wilmer Rodriguez for the purchase of a BMW X5. The entire experience was pleasant and my X5 delivery went without any issues. Ian and Wilmer are true sales professionals. You can tell that I am very loyal to Otto's BMW because they have earned my loyalty over the years. I recommend this dealership to anyone considering a purchase or needing expert service. You would be pleased with your experience and would not be disappointed. More

Frank was very helpful with getting us familiar with the functions of the car. Our whole experience test driving through purchase and driving it home was done in about 2 hours. And Frank Adinolfi , who has been my service advisor for many years is second to none. BMW lives up to its name as the “ultimate driving experience”, but Otto’s takes that motto to a whole new level. My 16 year old son got a crash course lesson in branding when we went to pick our car up. From our reception til the time we drive the car off the lot, he was over the top Wowed by every detail - as was I. Now he wants to sell BMW’s someday, and at Otto’s. I’ve done business with several other BMW dealerships in the area as well as Delaware. None can compare to the sincerity and service I’ve received at Otto’s over the years. None. Perfection ! More

I think the hallmark of any service provider is consistency of behaviors. At Otto's It starts with how I'm warmly greeted at the front door by Robin Gibbons, the receptionist, to my sales consultant, Justice Mogano, whom I consider to be a trusted advisor as well as a family friend. Couple that with a friendly, efficient service staff that explains in plain language what is needed to insure a well maintained and safe vehicle, and you have a recipe for success that keeps me coming back. In short, it comes down to a customer focused culture that Michael Valdez has nurtured in his organization over the years to make it a winner! More
