Farid was born in Baghdad, Iraq and has lived in Jordan, Morocco and moved to Canada in 1992. He has three beautiful children; a daughter who graduated from York and is a high School teacher, a son who graduated from Ryerson with a Business degree and another son who is a computer engineer. Farid has a need for speed and has driven a Lamborghini Countach on a Mosport Race track and motorcycles on Shannonville motorsport park! Being friendly, honest and helpful are key elements in the personality of a great salesperson, and Farid definitely is all three of these things. Farid has seen some danger as he lived unwillingly in a war zone for over 6 years and because of his experiences has a lot of respect for the less fortunate who maintain great attitudes and happiness.

I'm a very cautious person and do not take big purchases lightly. This was my first car purchase and not a Chevy...they had a great used V6 Mustang with all the trimmings. I work in Toronto and did not have lightly. This was my first car purchase and not a Chevy...they had a great used V6 Mustang with all the trimmings. I work in Toronto and did not have the time/patience to drive out to Oakville to update paperwork etc. First, Farid did a great job getting answers to many, many questions that I had and ensuring all the details of the price I wanted were clear and made sense to me. He helped me stay within my budget and add a lot of extras on top! I wanted the car on a Friday and the customer shuttle was not available, so Farid picked me up on his way into work! A++ for helping me get the car I wanted, when I wanted it! Second, Rob was very fast at responding to my questions and working with me and the insurance company to get all the information he needed for the finance part. We worked through email most of the time and I was very impressed with the response time and knowing that things are moving forward. He let me know exactly what I needed to do and the paperwork I needed to provide to him etc. Again I was very comfortable. I feel very safe that I have a 3 year warranty on my used car that fell within my budget. Even Kathryn was available on the website chat when I had a quick question about something and stopped in to say Hi the day I came to the dealership. The day I picked up my car everyone was smiling and saying congrats. It was fairly well detailed (just a bit of dirt inside) but they made up for it by ensuring my tires were well inflated, oil change, cleaned the rims, washed the car etc. so people were asking me if my 2008 Mustang was brand new! I also have a lot of coupons for future services I will be bringing back to Budds! They definitelty ensure the ongoing loyalty of customers. More

I needed a car very fast and I gave Farid a realy tight deadline and he made it, even few hours before. What impressed me most he came up with a back up plan so if anything went wrong with my registration deadline and he made it, even few hours before. Thanks to him we now enjoying ourselves in Florida with our new car and on star was also very helpful on our way here, which Farid set up for us. We will definatelly come back! More

I cannot talk highly enough about how well we were treated. Not only did Farid decorate the car (which was a Birthday present for my wife) with balloons but also included a cute teddy bear who we hav treated. A few slight problems with the car were promptly corrected. Farid sorted out all the paperwork including the plate and sticker. Not only that he sent my wife a happy birthday message. My opinion of car dealers has now totally changed. We will most certainly using this dealership again and insisting on Farid. Many thanks for a pleasurable experience. More

I was extremely happy with the service I received at Budd's. I was lucky to have Farid Bunni sell me my new car. He was not only able to answer all of my questions but was happy to do so. I believe that he worked with his Budd's team to get me a great deal on my new car, and a price that I was comfortable with. Anytime I would email Farid with a question or some additional information I heard back from him immediately. My visits to the dealership were always a pleasure, and felt social and not just for business. Everyone that I came in contact with at Budd's were very friendly. I also had the pleasure to work with Bounsay Osylahet again during my purchase. Bounsay sold me my first car and I have always been impressed with how he keeps in touch. I was impressed and happy to see that Bounsay remembered me from five years earlier, and the details of my first purchase. Both Farid and Bounsay made me feel very welcome each time I came into the dealership. Their attitude really helped me to get excited about my purchase and to feel confident with my choice of Budd's. Because of their great service I have already recommended them to a friend! More

This dealership was very helpful and accommodating. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I was the only person they needed to look after. Even at 8pm, they were focused on answering my quest answered all my questions and made me feel like I was the only person they needed to look after.
