What I really was not crazy about was how the term of the offer was not so clear and we were told it was only for the start of everything very easy. Not when we called a week earlier, not when we confirmed the appointment. Then after the usual haggling and hustling from upper management it felt like I was not buying my 4th car there but getting my first one all over again. I don’t expect special treatment but I did not feel like a repeat customer. In any case I believe the product itself was the redeeming factor here as it’s of very high quality. even though I might have a sour taste from the hours long negotiating experience, I am much satisfied with my new cx-5. More

Andre saved our day. There was a supply chain issue with the vehicle I wanted. He drove us to get the car 45 minutes from the dealership. My seller was Andre. Andre was excellent, he was honest and really helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone. He was able to accomodate me considering the budget that I had with a really nice car. I give him the highest rating. On the other hand, The finance department could improve more. The finance person got a bit upset on several ocassions and was unprofessional. He was dishonest on several occasions with the goal of me spending more money on these "extra optional items". He also was dishonest by telling me I'll have to pay a penalty if I pre-pay the car in the first six months on the finance. This is not true according to the bank. More
