I had Mark Korakas as my salesperson, he kept offering me cars that were $3000-$5000 more than another dealership. After I asked Mark why would I pay more for the same car, he immediately lost interest in me cars that were $3000-$5000 more than another dealership. After I asked Mark why would I pay more for the same car, he immediately lost interest in speaking to me and became rude. He became visibly angry and on purpose started showing me cars that he knew I would not like just to get me out as soon as he could. He is a horrible salesperson! More

Andre saved our day. There was a supply chain issue with the vehicle I wanted. He drove us to get the car 45 minutes from the dealership. I unfortunately had buyers remorse on a car I purchased after inspection and after driving the vehicle for a few days. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Kannon. Both did an excellent job ta after inspection and after driving the vehicle for a few days. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Kannon. Both did an excellent job taking care of my concerns and worked very hard to ensure I was happy. I was able to be swapped out to something that I truly liked and felt comfortable in. Mazda of Palm Beach spent time with me to ensure I left with a smile. Mark went the extra mile multiple times by ensuring I had a new battery on the car and new battery on the key fob, and full tank of gas. He was involved as a leader and not just a manager barking at his sales reps to close deals. I also didn’t feel like just a number too, I felt like I mattered as a customer. For anyone looking to buy a Mazda please ask for Mark as he truly does care about his customers and wants them to be happy. It is rare to see in the car business and Mark is as genuine as they come. More
