Awesome Customer Service I have to say that I had the best experience purchasing my new vehicle from Universal Hyundai. Starting with Mr. Brian Cortes, Mr. Ericmelec Rivera, I have to say that I had the best experience purchasing my new vehicle from Universal Hyundai. Starting with Mr. Brian Cortes, Mr. Ericmelec Rivera, and Mr. Robert R. Ozel in Finance; service was amazing. Brian always made sure to follow up on my requests and my questions to best understand the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He made sure I got the best price in the market for the vehicle and all the amenities that I was looking for in it. When I arrived to the dealership I was partnered with my salesperson, Mr. Ericmelec Rivera. I have to say that Eric made my purchase soooooo much easier and better to understand. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. He made sure that I was pleased with my purchase and that I received what I was promised. His customer service skills are amazing and he totally understood my needs for the vehicle. He explained everything to us very thorough and when we took the test drive he showed us some of the benefits of the vehicle. When we closed the deal and we received the car, he made sure to explain everything properly. Mr. Robert Ozel in Finance finished my purchase in the best way possible. He found me the best deal and he offered me all the insurance and protections needed to make sure that my vehicle will be taken care always. His professionalism and customer service skills are amazing. He explained everything to us properly and he made sure that we were pleased and happy with our purchase. Lurv my Veloster Eric got me the car I've been wanting for a very long time and I could not be anymore satisfied!
