Superior service I recently had some damage to my car caused by a large chunk of ice flying off an 18 wheeler. The folks at the body shop, namely Kendra Tipton were s I recently had some damage to my car caused by a large chunk of ice flying off an 18 wheeler. The folks at the body shop, namely Kendra Tipton were so helpful and good to work with. When the repair cost turned out to be more than the estimate due to hidden damage, she contacted my insurance company and worked everything out. It only took 2 days to complete the work and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I highly recommend Toyota of North Charlotte for the buying experience, service dept., and body shop. I wouldn't take my car any where else. More
