We are a Criswell Nissan family - we previously purchased two cars from them, and just purchased a third. We also have all of our service and maintenance performed at Criswell Nissan. For the purchase of our recent car, we worked with Elizabeth who was outstanding. Elizabeth's knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm are evident. She knew every aspect of the car, and I believe she went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Her exceptional customer service made me feel like a valued repeat customer, and she reached out to me on a couple of occasions after the purchase to ensure I knew how everything worked and that I was happy with the purchase. While Elizabeth was with another customer when I returned a couple of days later with some questions, her colleagues Enrique and Wayne were extremely enthusiastic and helpful to answer my questions in her place. When it came time to hand me off to Rubin the Sales Manager, I felt Rubin did a good job explaining the different deals and options for financing the car. He ensured there would be no surprises when I was handed off to sign the financing paperwork. Bottom line is I am very grateful for the team effort and very happy with my purchase. More
