Enrique and Ruben Ferreira were very helpful in helping me to buy my car. From the very beginning Enrique sent me a text saying that he expected me, even though they only had an older car for me to look a me to buy my car. From the very beginning Enrique sent me a text saying that he expected me, even though they only had an older car for me to look at. The listened to me, found a car, and through everything were very polite and helpful. Customer service is so important to a dealership, and I’m glad I came to Criswell. I had called other closer to where I lived and they never returned calls, and were not professional. I feel comfortable buying there because I feel they will me continue to help in the future and can recommend them. More
