Drew Lytle was a pleasure to work with from the first contact about my car. The Ioniq5 is in scarce supply and I happened to get lucky locating one at Hyundai of Cool Springs. Drew gave me the opportunit contact about my car. The Ioniq5 is in scarce supply and I happened to get lucky locating one at Hyundai of Cool Springs. Drew gave me the opportunity to test drive both Ioniq5s that were on the lot over a two day period and took plenty of time explaining all the features. He is very knowledgeable about these cars. There was no pressure and I found the entire experience to be very pleasant, not something I can say very often about buying a car.
