Sam & Knauz EARNED my business! I’m not one to write reviews but felt the need to give a shout out to Knauz BMW and my sales associate, Sam Picheitti. I had to purchase my car during I’m not one to write reviews but felt the need to give a shout out to Knauz BMW and my sales associate, Sam Picheitti. I had to purchase my car during the re-opening of Illinois during the pandemic. This is my family's second Knauz vehicle, but first Knauz BMW. Any concerns I had about cleanliness, professionalisms and care were handled perfectly by the entire Knauz team, an experience I DID NOT have at another BMW dealership. Sam was personable, knowledgeable, accessible, and very helpful in selecting my perfect car. Knauz was competitive in their pricing and was able to offer me the best deal. The whole experience from start to driving home with my custom vehicle was 5 star. I HIGHLY recommend Knauz BMW and Sam Pichietti, in particular. More
