Buyer beware he or his appraiser offered only 40k on my trade that KElly Blue Book valued between 54K to 61K. Another BMW dealer valued it at 57K. Bob and I came close on the price for the car I wanted to buy. All that was left was to get a fair appraisal on my car hat KBB had a trade in range of 54K to 61K. What Bob came back with from whoever did the appraisal was 40K, which was ridiculous. Only a con man or complete moron appraiser would make a completely inaccurate appraisal like that. Now, as for Bob, I realize he did not develop he appraisal. However, in every BMW dealership I've dealt with the Salesperson, Appraiser, New Car Sales Manager and Used Car Sales Manager and maybe even the GM would work together to develop a compromise that works for me and all of them, so a fair deal can be developed. It is obvious that, in the case of my situation, this kind of teamwork did not occur at Knaus. So I gave the review to Bob since I can't review the entire list of folks who dropped the ball. When in reality the review is for the entire dealership Not just Bob. More

Neal greeted me and just asked if I was being helped. I told him I was looking around. He asked if I would like anything to drink and then got me a cold water which was really nice of him. I typically do my research and don't need a salesperson telling me about the car but Neal left me alone and once I was ready I went back to him. He got me a GREAT deal, the whole time he listened to my needs and assisted me the whole time. Finance did take some time but Doug was easy and fun to work with. Curt helped a lot with the trade in and got me fair number! Please save yourself the hassle and GO HERE! More

All but the first one have been serviced exclusively by Knauz BMW. That relationship grew over the years as the Service Department went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all work was done in a timely and professional manner. We have never had an issue where we had to return to rectify any repair work. That led us to begin to purchase our cars from them whenever possible. This latest purchase was skillfully handled by Sam Picchietti. Sam, along with finance manager Scott Adduci made the transaction smooth. From introduction thru sale, Sam's professionalism and friendly demeanor made us reaffirm our loyalty to this dealership. Sam even delivered our other BMW (in for service) the same day we purchased our 8th BMW. We live 40 miles from the dealership....NOW THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL PERSONABLE SERVICE !!!! We feel Sam deserves SIX STARS! More

Misguided about return of leased vehicle The salesperson at Karl Knauz BMW misguided me that the leased vehicle cannot be returned at the same facility as the original purchased facility. He made me sign the lease for new car promising me that the minor repairs of the old leased vehicle will be forgiven but once I signed up for the new vehicle, they charged me for the tires. They made me go to a different dealership to return (it was not necessary per BMW), then the other dealership returned me back to Kanuz BMW, resulting me in wasting several hours and lots of hardship and inconvenience. He sales person did not intentionally answered his phone by looking at his caller ID. when I spoke to the manager, he acted very indifferent, in fact he was rude too. I have leased several vehicles through Kanuz and currently lease two vehicles and they treated me very unprofessionally. Their customer service is inferior and they are looking at ways to overcharge and misguide the customers. More

Shane gave us all the information and had things 100% ready to go. He even had our car covered--fabulous touch. The car was everything he said--which is a true value these days. Love our experience and we will be back for our next vehicle purchase. Also Doug in finance was great. We did not have change for the tollbooth because we only have one IPASS and he pulled money out of his own wallet so we could get on the highway back to Wisconsin---doesn't get any better than that!!!!! More
