I have purchased a few BMWs from Knauz over the past 10 years. The team I have worked with for purchases and service are always very professional, helpful, accommodating, attentive and efficient. I will continue to go back to Knauz and the team of sales and service professionals I have worked with over the years. Bob is easy to work with and listens to provide the car and related items you want without any pressure. Lucas is wonderful at showing you the accessories and how to get the most positive experience out of using the features on the car. Jeremy is awesome at dealing with the maintenance and making sure everything is taken care of and when he is not available, Cesar steps in to take care of things. They are all friendly and remember you year after year. More

Terrible customer service - poor communication and uncaring team members. Head of team never emailed me back when I complained. Great sales experience though.
