A few weeks ago, we purchased a E300 from RBM of Alpharetta. I have been doing business with RBM of Alpharetta and Dan Berry the customer consultant for over 10 years. Dan carefully identified our Alpharetta. I have been doing business with RBM of Alpharetta and Dan Berry the customer consultant for over 10 years. Dan carefully identified our requirements and found the right car we need. I honestly am very grateful for doing business with Dan and The Team at RBM of Alpharetta. When I go there for service, Andrei Bucatari always take great care of my cars. In addition to these guys, I have dealt with Diane in customer delivery, Mary at front desk , Jeff the service manager and Lisa in finance Bill and Reza in sales and Don, Carl and Melisa in service and many other awesome people. I should not forget Randy in Service, he is awesome in checking your car and tell you what's wrong with it. They are all the best in customer care. Overpriced service! Dropped off my MB for service. Needed tires as well. Very reasonable price for tires. A 4 wheel alignment was also completed for $160.00 on a Friday Dropped off my MB for service. Received a mailer on the following Monday of the next week that if you buy 4 tires you get the alignment free. Called RBM after I received the mailer and was told "I guess you just missed the opportunity for the special". Needed new wipers which were $45 plus labor of $60?! Little surprising since while I was dropping off the service attendants were changing wiper blades in the drop off lane. Takes 5 minutes max. There are certified MB shops that are priced appropriately which will be my future destination. More

Purchasing Opportunity Out of Existing Relationship My wife and I purchased a 2016 GLC300 from RBM in 2016. As part of her regular service, a required software update meant her car would need to be ther My wife and I purchased a 2016 GLC300 from RBM in 2016. As part of her regular service, a required software update meant her car would need to be there overnight, so Don (the maintenance rep with whom she deals) offered a loaner. She told Don that I was driving a 15 year old Volvo at the time and that she'd really like for me to test drive one of the Mercedes sedans. Don set her up with an E450 which she brought home (we live about 45 minutes away). This was on a Friday. Although her car was ready on Saturday, Don offered to let us keep the loaner the rest of the weekend. My wife loves dealing with Don! After driving it I was sold, and she went down on Monday and handled the details of the purchase. Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming on the vehicle and made the transaction very easy. Our sales rep, Vadim Russu, made the experience very easy for my wife, and he personally delivered the car to us late on Friday afternoon and spent all the time we needed to walk through setup, including programming our garage doors. Vadim was fantastic in explaining the vehicle's systems. I was going from a 2005 Volvo with no bluetooth capabilities to a four-wheeled computer and he made it very easy. We would highly recommend Vadim! More
